MAXIMUM VILLA OCCUPANCY

Maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 2 children. (Please note that the pool does not have a fence and we will not be held responsible for safety.)

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required all year round EXCEPT in High Season when a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.

Discounts awarded as follows:

• 10% discount for 10 night stay and longer

• 20% discount for 30 night stay and longer

• Special discounts can be discussed for longer term stays.

NIGHT RATE INCLUSIONS

• Daily house keeper

• Fresh linen and towels, changed weekly

• Two city bicycles

• Wi-Fi Internet

• Tea and coffee

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

• Check-in from 2pm

• Check-out until 11am

DEPOSIT POLICY AND PAYMENT DETAILS

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The balance of 75% is required 1 month prior to arrival and an additional damage deposit of R10,000.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations must be received by us IN WRITING by email within 30 days prior to arrival in order to be refunded the full deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will NOT be refunded the 25% deposit payment. Should there be no damages, the damage deposit will be returned 7 days after check-out.

No refund will be given for no-show or days not used resulting from early check out. A copy of ID and proof of address will be needed to secure your booking.
